CSV export
Extracting your data into a universal file readable by any spreadsheet.
CSV (comma-separated values) is the simplest, most universal format for exchanging tabular data: one row per record, values separated by commas or semicolons. A CSV export is the feature that gets your data — calls, customers, appointments — out of the tool hosting it, with no fee and no proprietary format.
It's a more important selection criterion than it looks, for two reasons. The first is practical: being able to extract everything to Excel lets you analyze, archive at fiscal year-end, and switch tools without negotiating your data's exit. The second is legal: the GDPR establishes a right to data portability — your data belongs to you, and a vendor holding it hostage imposes its own law.
