What changes with Signal
A booked appointment without a deposit is still a cancellable appointment. After Signal's qualification, sending the payment link into the conversation thread is all it takes — and many of our customers automate it via Zapier or Make. The job is confirmed before you even call the customer back.

FAQ
Stripe: your questions
Does Signal take payments for me?
No — payments stay in Stripe: your account, your money. Signal qualifies and books; the Stripe payment link, you send or automate it.
Do I need Zapier?
Not for manually sending the link in the thread. For full automation (qualification then automatic link), Zapier or Make bridges it.
What syncs?
Nothing automatic by default: Stripe stays your payment tool. The link is a workflow add-on you wire in if you want it.
