Purpose

These terms govern use of signal.harchcorp.com and the Harch Signal service. Any subscription implies full acceptance.

Service and trial

The trial is billed $149, credited on the first month of service. No commitment: cancellation possible anytime with 30-day effect, no fees. Billing is monthly, prepaid.

Service commitments

Availability target is 99.5% excluding planned maintenance. The forwarding fallback guarantees loop-back to your line in case of platform outage. No guaranteed recovered-lead volume: displayed figures are estimates and the monthly report measures real results.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for their SMS campaigns' compliance with their jurisdiction's rules (notably TCPA in the US: consent, sending hours, opt-out). The service provides the tools (disclosure, STOP registry, timestamped consent); usage remains under the client's direction.

Disputes and termination

Fee-free cancellation anytime (30 days). On disagreement: amicable mediation first, written exchanges serving as record. Data export guaranteed within 30 days after termination.
