Data collected

As part of the service: callers' contact details (provided by themselves), SMS/voice conversation content needed for qualification, call metadata. Default transcript retention: 90 days, configurable from 7 days to unlimited per your obligations.

Legal basis and consent

The first text includes the business identification and the opt-out mention (STOP). Consent is timestamped. GDPR (EU) and law 09-08 (Morocco) compliance: access, rectification, erasure within 30 days on written request to Amineharchelkorane5@gmail.com.

Security and processors

Encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, audit log. Technical processors (telecom, hosting, AI) selected for their confidentiality guarantees. No data resale, ever.

Your data stays yours

CSV export anytime, deletion within 30 days upon termination. In a dispute over a conversation, the timestamped history is available to both parties.
