FAQ
Microsoft 365: your questions
Do I need a full Microsoft 365 account?
A Microsoft calendar, work or personal, is enough. We connect the target calendar, nothing more.
Do we go through Zapier or a direct connection?
Depends on your setup: direct connection when your calendar allows it, Zapier or webhook otherwise. We tell you which applies before starting.
What exactly syncs?
Appointments: date, time, duration, customer name, reason. Full conversations remain viewable in Signal.
