Free trial
Temporary free access to a product to test it in real conditions before paying.
A free trial grants access to a service for a limited time — usually 7 to 30 days — with no commitment beyond. Models vary: with or without a credit card, feature-limited or full. The most honest version is the full trial on your real calls: you don't judge a telephony tool in a sandbox, you judge it on the Tuesday when two emergencies land at the same time as your supplier.
The right way to use a free trial of a call-recovery tool is to treat it as a measurement, not a discovery: count missed calls before, during, and after; note the conversations actually recovered and their value. A trial that produces no number has produced only an impression — and impressions, when it comes to tools, are a salesperson's playground.
