Qualified lead
A lead whose need, budget, timeline, and area are confirmed — a useful appointment, not idle curiosity.
A qualified lead is a lead whose sales-making dimensions have been verified: the real need (a leak, not a general question), the budget range, the intervention horizon (today or next spring), the area served. Qualifying means asking questions — three or four cover most trades — and it's the craft of a seasoned receptionist.
The economics are clear: an appointment with an unqualified lead costs half a day's travel for nothing; a day filled with unqualified leads is a day the real customers wait. The AI agent brings a consistency no human can match: it asks the same questions on every call, at 2 AM as at 2 PM, and never forgets to ask for the address — the question everyone forgets and everything hinges on.
