Calendly
Link-based scheduling tool: the client picks a slot from your availability on their own.
Calendly is an online scheduling service: you send a link, the client sees your availability synced with your calendar (Google, Outlook…) and books on their own, without phone tag or email back-and-forth. The tool sends invitations and automatic reminders. The free tier is enough for a solo operator with a simple schedule.
Its limit for a neighborhood business mirrors its strength: it relies on the client doing the booking work — opening the link, choosing, confirming. Many clients call precisely because they want to talk to someone now. The two approaches complement each other: the Calendly link for estimates and non-urgent appointments, the AI agent that books during the conversation for live calls.
