HarchSignal

If our platform goes down, your calls don't go down with it. They loop back to you.

Our reliability has to be total, but we don't promise the impossible: if the AI platform becomes unreachable, your calls are automatically rerouted to your usual numbers — mobile, landline, whatever you've configured. The failover is automatic and invisible to the caller: on their end nothing changes, on yours the phone rings. The net under the net.

FAQ

Questions we get

Who pays if an outage loses me a customer?

Let's be direct: the failover exists so it doesn't happen, and if a real outage loses you calls, we talk and compensate case by case. Month-to-month exists so you stay by choice, not by contract.

How long does the failover take?

Rerouting is automatic the moment platform health fails — from a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the incident. Every failover is logged in the dashboard with its timestamp.

What if my mobile is unreachable too?

You define a fallback chain: mobile, then landline, then carrier voicemail. The last link is always a classic voicemail — the old world as the new world's plan B.
