Does the AI really use my trade's vocabulary?

The script gets built with your words: if you say tarp and not temporary roofing, the AI says tarp. The closed knowledge base holds your services, your areas and your guide prices — the AI only talks about what's in it. When a request steps outside the known vocabulary, it asks a clarifying question or flags "needs review", instead of inventing a service you don't offer. You review and correct the vocabulary at setup, then at every script update.
