Perfectly: conditional forwarding on no-answer and on busy is standard on business mobile plans. You keep your number, your phone and your habit of answering when you can. Signal takes over when you're under a sink or behind the wheel — the text leaves in under 10 seconds. The only known exception: a few prepaid plans block forwarding, and we check that together at activation.
