When I request deletion, how do I know it's actually done?

The request is made from the dashboard or by email; final deletion happens within 30 days, backup copies included — that's the window needed to purge the backups too, not a way of stalling. At the end, you receive written confirmation listing what was deleted: leads, transcripts, numbers, recordings, knowledge base. Multi-region backups run on a cycle that guarantees no copy outlives the deadline. And between your request and the deletion, nothing is sent or processed — the service can be suspended immediately.
