You search their number in the dashboard: everything's there — messages, transcripts, scores, appointments — exportable to build your response. A deletion request works the same way: the number and its history erased, backups purged within 30 days. We provide the sub-processor list and data hosting locations if your response must mention them. The final answer to your customer stays yours — we hand you the pieces, cleanly.
