What does an AI-qualified lead look like?

A qualified lead is a caller about whom three things are known by the end of the exchange: the need expressed in their own words, the urgency rated 1 to 5, and the willingness to move — a slot offered, a callback accepted, or a precise question pending. What is NOT qualified: the curious browser with no request, the filtered telemarketer, the dead number. Every lead arrives with its summary, score and raw transcript — you judge on the record, not on an opaque grade. And if your definition of "qualified" is stricter than the default, the script toughens accordingly: added screening questions, zone barrier, minimum job value.
