If your platform goes down mid-day, where do my calls go?

Nowhere lost: conditional forwarding has a planned fallback — if our platform doesn't answer, your carrier routes the call to the backup destination configured with you at activation: your usual voicemail or your mobile. The worst case is therefore strictly identical to your situation today without Signal. What you lose during the outage: the instant text and qualification, until service resumes. What you never lose: the call itself, which always ends up somewhere it can be recovered.
