No: after a departure, your account keeps your scripts, knowledge base and statistics archived. On reactivation, the history resumes — customers already known are still known. No reactivation fee and no new setup fee within 12 months of leaving. Honest limit: beyond 12 months, long-term archiving gets purged, with a warning first — nothing disappears silently.
