A medical or security emergency hits my line — does the AI handle it?

The AI never replaces emergency services and says so: for any immediate danger, the script's first instruction is to hang up and dial your region's public emergency number. It diagnoses nothing, advises nothing and doesn't hold the line. If the person stays on after that, it can take contact details for non-urgent follow-up — never the reverse. It's the only case where the script explicitly recommends leaving the conversation.
