Are there links in the texts, and are they tracked?

Links are rare and targeted: the Google Calendar appointment invite, your confirmation or directions page when the customer asks for it, a specific form if your workflow has one. No suspicious shortened links and no ad tracking: every link comes from your business's domain or ours, shown in full, serving the exchange at hand. What is tracked, though: the click is recorded in the lead's file so you know the customer opened the confirmation — useful data for you, not advertising surveillance. Media and attachments follow carrier rules.
