What about sign language?

Let's be direct: Signal doesn't handle sign language, by video or otherwise — no consumer phone AI does it properly today. What we offer instead: a fully text-based journey requiring neither voice nor hearing, from the first text to the confirmed appointment. For an appointment in ASL or LSQ, you or an interpreter take over — the lead reaches you with everything in writing. We don't sell what we don't do.
