Where are my data and my customers' data hosted?

On encrypted cloud servers, at rest and in transit, with daily backups replicated across several regions — not on a server under a desk. Your business's data is isolated per account: your transcripts, numbers and knowledge base are never mixed with another customer's, nor used to feed someone else's. Our technical team's access follows least privilege: limited, justified by a reason, and logged in the audit log you can consult. If your activity requires specific data residency (Canada, European Union), say so during activation: we'll answer without ambiguity about what's possible.
