Are there hidden fees I'll discover on my first invoice?

No. The Starter plan at $149/month and Pro at $299/month cover the advertised service: texts, qualification, appointments, dashboard and support. What can be added is never hidden: in case of exceptional volume, the excess shows upfront in the dashboard, unit price included, before it ever lands on the next invoice. No activation, cancellation, support or "upgrade" fees — those line items don't exist with us.
