The text goes out from your line number — not an anonymous one — and introduces your business by name in the very first sentence, so the caller knows who's talking. The signature is freely configurable: first name only for a solo tradesperson, business name and city for a team, a booking link on top if you want. No Signal branding appears in messages to the end customer — it's your business speaking, not us.
