Are calls recorded, and who can listen to them?

On the Pro tier, conversations with the AI voice are transcribed, and it's the transcript you read in the dashboard — not an audio tape. Raw audio recording isn't kept by default. Where the law requires two-party consent to record, announcing that the exchange is transcribed is part of the script. Your internal roles apply identically: admin, operators and read-only see according to their role, nobody else.
