Does the AI offer genuinely free slots or estimates?

With Google Calendar connected, real slots: the AI reads your availability at conversation time and only offers what's free — double-booking is impossible since it writes directly into the calendar. Without a connected calendar, it works from your declared opening hours and you approve each appointment with one click before confirmation to the customer: the slot is then "offered pending", shown as such. That's the difference between native and degraded, and we'd rather tell you than promise a miracle without a connection. Either way, you keep the last word on what enters your week.
