Does the voice AI understand strong accents?

The recognition is trained on a wide variety of accents and handles most of them well, but it isn't perfect — and it knows it. When its confidence on an utterance drops below 70%, it doesn't bluff: it rephrases ("you're saying the leak is in the bathroom?") or switches to text to continue in writing. As a last resort, it transfers to you with context. A caller who's genuinely hard to understand will still get a useful answer, even if that means changing channels instead of repeating the same sentence ten times.
