Yes, it's a per-line setting: the buffer is defined in minutes — 30 to cover an in-town drive, 90 for rural coverage — and applies between any two appointments the AI books, before and after alike. The first appointment of the morning and the last of the evening can have their own rules if your day is structured differently. These margins prevent the impossible back-to-back of two customers twenty minutes' drive apart. The buffer is part of the settings validated at activation: think it through with your field reality, not a theoretical number.
