The customer cancels by text — what happens?

The AI handles the cancellation like any ordinary request: it confirms the deletion in the connected calendar, offers a new slot if the customer wants to reschedule rather than drop, and notifies you in every case. The freed slot becomes available to following requests. If the customer says "cancel" with no reason, the AI doesn't insist — it offers the reschedule once, then closes cleanly.
