How long does adding a colleague to the dashboard take, and what does it cost?

Two minutes and zero dollars: in the Team section you enter a name, email and role — admin, operator or read-only — and your colleague receives an invitation with their own password, which they manage themselves. There's no per-user tier: three technicians or fifteen, the plan stays the same. Every account is personal; logins shared between several people are refused, so the audit log stays usable. Revoking access is just as fast and takes effect immediately.
