Can I change the questions asked?
Yes — questions and their order are configurable per trade and per line. The live test exists precisely for that.
Does the AI ask for photos?
When useful (water damage, broken storefront, bodywork): she asks for the photo by text and attaches it to the file.
What if the caller refuses to answer?
She never pushes: she captures the minimum (number, first need) and promises a callback from you. An incomplete lead beats an annoyed caller.
